Warranty Policy

Plaspy S.A.S. issues this Warranty Certificate to cover the new device you have just purchased. Plaspy, either directly or through authorized third parties, is responsible for fulfilling the warranty and/or repair services under the conditions detailed below.

Coverage

The warranty for the devices covers only factory defects or failures that may occur in the device or its accessories, except for those caused by exposure to outdoor conditions, scratched or damaged parts resulting from normal use by the buyer, theft of the product or device, or any of the situations described in the warranty exclusions section.

It is the responsibility of the registered owner of the equipment to make the warranty claim within the valid warranty period.

Validity Period

The warranty period for the device is one (1) year, and for accessories six (6) months, both counted from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

Exchange and Return Policy

For purchases made, you may request an exchange if you are not satisfied within five (5) business days after the product delivery (Right of Withdrawal).

If the product presents a technical defect after eight (8) days from the purchase date, the customer must contact Plaspy’s Authorized Technical Service Center to claim the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Defects or failures caused by misuse or abuse. Damage, dents, cracks, or scratches to the device, including plastic surfaces or external parts such as antennas or accessories.
  2. Defects or failures caused by accidents, impacts, negligence, or improper use not in accordance with the user manual or under inappropriate environmental conditions.
  3. Defects or failures caused by installation of unauthorized software, maintenance, modification, or service performed by personnel not authorized by Plaspy. This includes any manipulation, opening, or repair attempts by unauthorized individuals or the use of the device on non-Plaspy platforms.
  4. Defects or failures caused by natural disasters, inadequate ventilation, or the presence of sand, water, food, liquids, or any foreign object inside the device or its accessories.
  5. Defects or failures caused by the use of incorrect voltage, power surges, or frequency conversions.
  6. Defects or failures in the device or batteries caused by the use of generic accessories instead of the original ones provided by the manufacturer, or batteries that have been physically damaged or improperly charged.
  7. Devices or accessories whose serial numbers have been altered, removed, or are illegible.
  8. Devices or batteries with seals that have been removed or tampered with by the customer or a third party.
  9. Devices that have been unlocked under any circumstances.
